Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled full time Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for general maintenance and assisting with maintaining our 80-unit apartment complex.

Responsibilities:
- Indvidual works as an assistant to the maintenance supervisor, as well as independent - tasks

- Perform hands-on repairs & maintenance tasks, such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, cleaning (apt. for move in, ground & common area) demolition & gut-outs

-Clean & repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters and drains

-Maintain a professional manner with all residents, contractors and fellow employees

-Seasonal landscape care. Snow removal, including shoveling and ice treatment

Requirements:
- Knowledgeable experience in apartment maintenance
- Driver's license
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- On-call maintenance will be required some weeks

Pay: $20.49 - $21.29 per hour
